A CLEAR EXAMPLE:

CUSTOMER LTD. uses 23.000 kg/year of plain and/or printed film, to pack fresh pasta in modified atmosphere.

CUSTOMER LTD wants to buy a new packaging line, which total amount is EUR 91.350,00.

This is how we can support him:

CUSTOMER LTD pays 20% down payment , i.e. EUR 18.270,00

He will be buying its packaging film from TECNOPACK SPA for the agreed period of 3 years. TECNOPACK SPA will sell at average market prices.

A fix cost of EUR 0,794=/kg */** will be added to the film quotation.

After 23.000 kg/year will be delivered to CUSTOMER LTD for 3 consecutive years, the machine lease will expire.

The film cost during the agreed 3 years will correspond to the cost of the packaging machine hiring, that is 60% of the machine total amount.

Then, in case CUSTOMER LTD decides to buy the machine, he will arrange for the 20% balance payment.

In figures:

20% DOWN PAYMENT:    = EUR 18.270,00

60% LEASE COST:          = EUR 54.810,00

20% BALANCE PAYMENT  = EUR 18.270,00

* such coefficient may vary according to the film type and quantity per year.

** in case raw materials should be subject to substancial price increase/decrease during the 3 years agreed, the film price will also vary accordingly, based on the average market quotes.
